RTVF 150 - KSJS Audio Production: Learn Protools and radio programming
RTVF 155 - Advanced Pro Tools: In this class you can get an official certificate in Pro Tools. (only in the Fall Semester)
RTVF 171 - Television Production: This is the pre-requisite to RTVF 170 a/b and RTVF 172. This class is half studio, half single camera and Final Cut Express.
RTVF 172 - Digital Film Production : This is the next logical step, a product class, a class where you will make something significant to your career. This class teaches our advanced 3 chip cameras and Final Cut Pro. Taught by Ned Kopp, Thursdays at 6PM.
RTVF 185 - Special Projects Classes: This class is repeatable for credit and changes every semester, 3 sections. Learn about them.
RTVF 170a&b - Acting and Directing for the Camera : Our most popular class, a large and energetic class with actors and film makers. How to direct, how to act for narrative film.
Other suggestions :
Audition for a play . Remember, all the successful film actors and directors will tell you that they got their start "in college theatre." It's the reason we are successful as a department, this connection between technical and performance.
See your academic advisor : You may be surprised to know that some students spend an extra semester here because they failed to get advice.
